1. Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance

At Alfanest Labs, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains how the NestSynth Chrome Extension handles your data.

Data We Collect

Anonymous Device Identifier: We generate a random UUID to track your available credits. This is not linked to your real identity.
Extracted HTML/CSS: When you use the Inspector Mode and select an element, the structural HTML and CSS of that specific element are temporarily collected.
Payment Information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details.

How We Use Your Data

The extracted HTML/CSS is sent securely to our backend infrastructure and processed via the Mistral AI API solely for the purpose of generating React/Tailwind code for you. We do not use your extracted data to train our own models, and we do not store your extracted code persistently after generation.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Since we only use an anonymous device ID, we do not hold identifiable personal data (like your name or email) unless you provide it during the Stripe checkout process. You have the right to request deletion of your purchase history by contacting our support team.

2. Terms of Service & Limitations of Liability

By installing and using the NestSynth Chrome Extension, you agree to the following terms:

"As Is" Service: The AI-generated React/Tailwind code is provided "as is". While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the code is bug-free or production-ready without manual review.
Copyright & Intellectual Property: NestSynth is a tool designed to analyze structural layouts. You are strictly prohibited from using this extension to steal proprietary source code, copyrighted assets, or intellectual property from third-party websites. You assume full legal responsibility for the code you generate and deploy using this tool.
Credit Consumption: Credits are consumed upon initiating a generation request. Refunds are not provided for partially generated or unsatisfactory outputs, but our support team is available to assist with critical failures.

Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: No. NestSynth uses an anonymous Device ID generated upon installation. Your credits are tied to this device. Please save your "Recovery Key" from the extension panel if you need to restore credits on a new computer.

Q: How does the pricing work?
A: NestSynth operates on a pay-as-you-go model. 1 Generation = 1 Credit. You can purchase credit packs securely via Stripe.

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your financial information.

Q: Can I sync the code directly to my IDE?
A: Yes! By running the local NestSynth sync server on your machine, you can instantly teleport the generated React components directly into your VS Code / Cursor environment.
