The app can run as a web page served over HTTPS or on http://localhost, or as a desktop app (Electron) after installing the provided package. file:// mode may limit license checks depending on the browser; a small local HTTP server or the desktop build is recommended for day-to-day use.
After purchase you receive a license key as described in your email. Enter it on the activation screen. The key is stored on the device. On localhost during development, verification may be disabled depending on the build.
Entries and settings are stored locally on your machine. Export JSON or ZIP regularly from settings. Keep dated copies on external storage or your personal cloud. Losing browser or profile data without a backup may be irreversible.
