Is my data sent to your servers?
Ledger entries and settings stay on your device (browser or desktop app). Only payment goes through Stripe under their policy. If you use Mistral to parse an invoice, the request is sent from your machine to Mistral’s API with your key.
Do you have access to my Mistral key?
No. The key is entered in the app and stays local; it is not stored on our servers for the app, insofar as you use the local version described on this site.
Does the license work on more than one computer?
Exact terms are on the order page and in the materials provided at purchase. Typically a personal license covers use on the machines you use, as accepted at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
A 14-day refund policy may apply under conditions — see the dedicated section in the legal notice.
Are URSSAF and income tax amounts shown in the app official?
No. They are indicative estimates. You must verify scales, caps, and obligations with the authorities and, where appropriate, a professional.
Windows and Mac?
A desktop build is intended for both platforms under the same product; check the file you download or your purchase email for the variant that matches your system.
